Welcome to the FreshConstruct Umbraco CMS Upgrade Campaign Raffle ("Raffle"). By participating in this Raffle, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not participate in the Raffle.
The Raffle is open to legal residents of all countries where such raffles are permitted by law.
Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
Employees, officers, and directors of FreshConstruct, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
For the purposes of this Raffle, a "CMS Upgrade" refers strictly to the process of updating an existing Umbraco CMS (Content Management System) from version <13 to version 13 of Umbraco. This upgrade is limited to migrating existing content, custom code, and functionality to ensure compatibility with the new version's features and security enhancements. The scope of the CMS Upgrade does not include the creation of new features, redesigns, additional custom development, or integration with third-party services beyond what is necessary for the basic upgrade. Any additional work or modifications beyond the standard upgrade scope will be subject to separate agreements and may incur additional charges. The upgrade process is executed with the intention of minimizing downtime and disruptions to the participant's business operations, involving careful planning, testing, and execution by the FreshConstruct team.
To enter the Raffle, participants must book a free 1-hour Umbraco upgrade consultation through the FreshConstruct website, providing their website URL, name, and company email.
Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (GMT) on July 31, 2024.
A minimum of 30 submissions is required for the Raffle prizes to be awarded. The submissions must complete the consultation meeting.
Only one entry per individual/company is allowed.
The prizes for the Raffle are as follows:
1 Grand Prize: One free Umbraco CMS upgrade.
2 Second Prizes: 50% off Umbraco CMS upgrades.
3 Third Prizes: 25% off Umbraco CMS upgrades.
4 Fourth Prizes: 10% off Umbraco CMS upgrades.
5 Fifth Prizes: 5% off Umbraco CMS upgrades.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize.
Discounts will only be awarded if the total number of submissions is at least 30 by the end of the submission period. The submissions must complete the consultation meeting.
Winners must use their prize within one year from the date of the Raffle draw.
Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will take place within one week after the submission deadline.
Winners will be notified via the email provided during entry.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
FreshConstruct reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond FreshConstruct's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle.
FreshConstruct reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless FreshConstruct, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Raffle or receipt or use of any prize.
By entering, participants consent to FreshConstruct's use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Any personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with FreshConstruct’s Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FreshConstruct operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
