If you were affected, you most likely know already. But in July last year Umbraco issued a security alert for a vulnerability that could grant Admin-level access, and rapidly released security patches for all releases Umbraco 10, 11 and 12.
According to Umbraco the vulnerability was patched before it was publicly disclosed, and Umbraco Cloud sites are not affected.
